Customers uploading artwork or logos for custom packaging printing warrant that they possess all legal rights, trademarks, and permissions to reproduce the submitted images. All Food Pack Canada assumes no liability for trademark infringement resulting from customer-supplied artwork.

4. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Quebec and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
